Accept your feelings

Let’s admit: you can’t always be in a great mood, acting like you live in a perfect world. Sometimes you might feel angry, unappreciated or betrayed. Well, your feelings are not something to be ashamed of, but natural states that come and go. Get to know them and learn to express them in nonviolent ways – communication is the key.

Make time for your daily skincare routine

What’s the first thing you do in the morning, after waking up? Is it scrolling through your Facebook or Instagram feed? Feeling bad that you have to get out of your comfy bed? You could add some positive vibes, too 🙂 Wash your face and clean it while listening to your favorite playlist. It’s easier to prevent than to cure, that’s why it’s so important to cherish your body and choose some appropriate skincare products. You’ll feel fresh and ready to rock the day!

Don’t forget that taking care of your body is not only for girls! Everybody should pay attention to how they feel and look, it’s a basic way to show love to yourself.

Find solutions, not (only) problems

It’s easier to complain that to start doing something for a change?. But we challenge you to make a step forward and think about what could you do to improve to improve? the situation you’re in and what don’t you like. For example, if you have acne, consult a dermatologist and get the proper treatment for your skin.

Try and learn

Learning new things can help you being more aware of your strengths and talents. Also, improving your skills will make you feel the sweet taste of GROWing. What are the things that you love doing and talking about? What makes you shine? What makes you feel at ease? Work to improve those skills and try new activities to up your enthusiasm level!
